Jennifer Bravo is Director, Prize Development at the XPRIZE Foundation, where she leads the development of prize competitions that leverage a global community of innovative thinkers, problem solvers, and entrepreneurs to tackle the world’s Grand Challenges. Ms. Bravo contributes to the Foundation's mission and vision; conducts and oversees the research and analysis necessary to determine the most effective prize competitions in any given domain; and collaborates with thought leaders, scientists, entrepreneurs, and change makers to design prize competitions aimed at global impact.
Prior to joining XPRIZE, Ms. Bravo worked closely with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions for over a decade to develop and implement policy in the public interest. Ms. Bravo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sacramento in anthropology, and her Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California, where she serves on the alumni board of the USC Price School of Public Policy. She spends her free time advocating for animal protection, environmental, and social justice issues.
