I made it safely to ISU! I'm a bit tired and jetlagged, but happy to be hear. Sadly, flight delays meant that I missed seeing the ISU students' Team Project presentations--but hopefully I'll join them tonight for part of the celebration.

Of lately, this blog has run a bit more hot-and-cold than I would have liked, with posts bunched up and then long gaps. This post should serve mainly as a warning that we'll have a very hot period coming up: I'll quite possibly be posting multiple times per day over the next few days as we get ready for the Summit. Then, it will go cold again as I go on a brief vacation (my first in quite some time) to Austria. I should be back again with more posts again upon my return to the USA, starting with posts about the ISDC 2008.
