Damien Somerset
Damien Somerset comes to the X PRIZE Foundation with experience in a wide array of video and digital media projects. This experience helps Damien oversee video production and social media efforts for the Foundation and its competitions.
Prior to joining the X PRIZE Foundation, Damien served as Project Manager for the AFI Digital Content Lab and Social Media Consultant for a number of web content companies including Revison3, NextNewNetworks, and Generate. He also has a passion for environmental issues and has worked for Treehugger, GOOD Magazine, and was the creator of the acclaimed green web video series ZapRoot.
Mr. Somerset attended University of Southern California Film School.
