Rob Hollander

Rob Hollander brings with him more than 20 years of experience in brand building, digital marketing and content strategy. At X PRIZE Foundation, he leads the planning, development, implementation and execution of X PRIZE Foundation branding, creative and media efforts in support of Alliances, Sponsorship, Prize Development and Operations.

Formerly, Mr. Hollander was Senior Vice President, General Manager and Executive Director of Content Strategy at Aegis Media’s Carat where he led the Los Angeles office’s broadcast/print/digital integration effort and managed relationships including adidas, New Line Cinema, Seagate and MGM Mirage. Prior to Carat, Mr. Hollander was Senior Partner, Group Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather, where he launched Mattel’s first transmedia marketing campaign. In 1996, Mr. Hollander founded the digital agency, MagickBox, partnering with Bank of America, National Wildlife Federation, Qwest Communications, Universal Studios Online and Warner Bros. Prior to MagickBox, he was SVP, Group Creative Director at Grey Advertising NY, leading the youth marketing practice and was a founding member of Grey Interactive Worldwide, pioneering digital marketing.

Mr. Hollander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Binghamton University, New York. He has extensive experience across film/video production, web development, animation, CGI and app development, and has won numerous industry awards including Cannes Lions International, New York Festivals, Houston Film Festivals, Mobius Awards, Effie Awards and DoubleClick Top iAgency. Passions include guitar, songwriting and teaching his daughters the laws of cartoon physics and the plausible impossible.
