The UDART (University Of Dayton Advance Rocket Team) Rocket will be static tested at the Anderson Municipal Airport October 11, 2008. The event will be filmed and photographed, and we will post then.

The engine test is a first step toward a flight of the rocket in the first quarter of 2009 in Michigan.

This opportunity is not necessarily a step in LunaTrex's advance toward the Moon, but it is a tangible piece of evidence that our outreach program is working to inspire students at the collegiate level to do great things in aerospace. We look forward to the successful testing of the system and ultimately toward a successful launch in the spring.
