Ms. Neo Gim Huay is Managing Director at the World Economic Forum (WEF). She also heads the Centre for Nature and Climate focusing on industry Decarbonisation for Net Zero, Systems Transition for Nature Positive and Resource Stewardship for Better Living.

Before joining WEF, she held various Managing Director roles in Temasek International, including Climate Change Strategy, Sustainability and Enterprise Development. Prior to that, Gim Huay was a Management Consultant at McKinsey&Co and served in the Singapore Public Service. Gim Huay holds a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University and a Masters of Engineering and Bachelor of Arts from Cambridge University. She was selected as an Eisenhower Fellow in 2015.
