Samantha Bours joins XPRIZE as the Contracts Compliance Associate with 10 years of comprehensive experience in ethics and compliance, procurement, and contracting, and international development.

Prior to joining XPRIZE, Samantha supported USAID-funded projects in developing and monitoring compliant policies, systems, and processes across a global workforce. She facilitated various critical assignments covering commodity procurement, grant management, operation startup support, training facilitation, and audit reviews globally, in Tunisia, Macedonia, Timor-Leste and Zambia.

Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Political Science from Pepperdine University, and a Master’s Degree in International Development Studies from the George Washington University. Based in Southern California, in her free time she enjoys swimming in the ocean, hiking with her dog, and walking and training dogs at her local animal rescues.
