Ahmer Inam is a globally recognized artificial intelligence executive, technologist, and architect with more than 25 years of experience spanning the evolution of AI from early symbolic systems to modern frontier AI and emerging Artificial Collective Intelligence architectures.

He is the Founder and CEO of Cognisee, a Public Benefit Corporation and applied AI lab advancing infrastructure for Artificial Collective Intelligence. Cognisee is building next generation knowledge infrastructure and AI systems that enable nations, enterprises, and communities to preserve and activate human expertise. Its approach focuses on capturing and structuring tacit knowledge through sovereign AI systems designed to ensure that ownership, governance, and value remain with the people and institutions that generate that knowledge.

Prior to founding Cognisee, Ahmer served in senior AI and data leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies and high growth technology firms, including Chief Data and AI Officer at Relanto and Chief AI Officer at Centific. Earlier in his career he held leadership roles at Nike, PwC, and Wells Fargo, where he led large scale AI and data transformation initiatives across financial services, healthcare, retail, and technology sectors.

Ahmer is widely recognized for bridging deep technical expertise with responsible and human centered AI leadership. He co-created the Mindful AI framework, which emphasizes aligning advanced AI systems with human judgment, governance, and long term societal impact.
