Build with Gemini XPRIZE, one of the world's largest hackathons, today named POLYFORK by Lucas Martinic the first-place winner of its $2 million global competition challenging builders worldwide to use AI to develop scalable solutions to real-world problems. The winners were announced live on stage at Moonshots LIVE in Los Angeles.
THE WINNERS
The Build with Gemini XPRIZE winner POLYFORK [Lucas Martinic · Germany] received the $500,000 grand prize.
Polyfork sells 3D models as programs rather than fixed assets, so users can resize, recolor and remix them before downloading. An AI-agent factory publishes more than 175 a week, and the catalogue of 583 models generated $4,428 from 54 paying customers in its first month.

THE AGENTIC ECONOMY PRIZE
Powered by Circle, the $50,000 Agentic Economy Prize recognized the standout team building for a world where money moves at agent speed. It was awarded to MERGEGATE [Heartlin Machado · USA] and presented on stage by Nikhil Chandhok of Circle.
THE COMPETITION
Build with Gemini XPRIZE gave participants 90 days to launch a clean-sheet, revenue-generating business powered by AI. More than 26,000 builders registered across five categories: Education and Human Potential, Entrepreneurship and Job Creation, Small Business Services, Money and Financial Access, and Professional Services Access. Projects were evaluated on three equally weighted criteria: business viability, AI-native operations and category impact.
The five finalists pitched live before judges Cathie Wood, founder and CEO of ARK Invest; Palmer Luckey, founder of Anduril Industries; Mark Pincus, founder of Zynga; and Logan Kilpatrick of Google DeepMind, who leads Google AI Studio and the Gemini API. XPRIZE CEO Anousheh Ansari presented the awards.
