Annika Anderson brings six years of experience working across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to her role as Senior Team Relations Manager for XPRIZE Healthspan, a seven-year $101M competition revolutionizing healthy aging by challenging scientists and entrepreneurs to create innovative therapies that restore muscle, cognitive, and immune function. Annika supports competing teams, partners, and the broader prize community on this journey.
Annika has spent her career at the intersection of the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, driven by a passion for health equity and helping innovators bring world-changing solutions to life. Prior to XPRIZE, she served as Assistant Director of Customer Success at Visit.org, a corporate social responsibility SaaS platform that helps companies execute social impact experiences at scale, where she advised Fortune 500 clients on strategic initiatives while the company earned back-to-back spots on Inc. 5000's fastest-growing companies list. Earlier, she worked in communications at Vantage Point, a VR startup focused on anti-bias and harassment prevention training for corporations.
Annika holds a BA in International Development Studies from UCLA, with a minor in Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson, and serves as Technology Chair on the Net Impact NYC Professional Chapter board. In her free time, Annika can be found traveling — having explored nearly 20 countries across the globe — running, enjoying nature, and trying new coffee shops around New York City.
