El Refugio Centro de Recursos Familiares / The Refuge Family Resource Center aka El Refugio / The Refuge promotes opportunities for interaction between cultures through sharing knowledge, hopes and experiences and by identifying people’s needs and talents, and finding the resources to develop them. One of our main focus areas is language learning, We teach 3 - 4 levels of English as a Second Language as well as Citizenship classes in partnership with Central Carolina Community College.
