Blue Ridge Bantam is the first Southern cell-based company focused on producing high-quality and trusted cultured turkey and chicken products. It's founding team consists of Carson Bone, P.E. (CEO) and Dr. Khanh Nguyen. (CSO). Carson has spent the last 10 years scaling biobased startups focused on engineering and operations. Khanh has 15 years of tissue engineering experience working in the biomedical start up space. He's led research in product/process development and quality assurance.
